Catching Up: What I Did Since My Last Entry

Brief note from the typer: Thanks for following Liam's blog. I am Liam's father, Andy (you can follow my blog here). Many ask who is the person behind the blog. It is a team effort and personally my favorite part of the day when I get to cuddle up with my son and type what he says. Occasionally I fix the grammar or ask questions to prompt him, but mostly, what you read are 100% the hopes, fears and dreams of the adorable 3 year old that lives in the room next to mine.

Finny Died:

Finny stopped swimming two days after he came to here. We put him in the potty. We flushed him down. Finny went to the ocean, just like Nemo. I loved Finny and miss him. We got a new fish. I named her Hattie. I named her after my daddy's new hat. I clean Hattie's tank and feed her every night. I also give Hattie a little snack in the morning.

Vacation Bible School:

I went to VBS last week. I was in the Shrimp Scampi class! Shrimp Scampi says "sssss, bubble, bubble, bubble". My teacher was Bryan. He was fun. He had a pirate on his keys. I heard stories from the Bible. 

Noah built an ark because there was a flood. A flood is like lots of mud. You have to get all the animals in the boat so they don't get wet. Noah depended on God. I depended on God, but it still rained! Momma said that it was because the flowers were also depending on God and they wanted rain  even though I didn't.

I also learned about a man with boo-boos all over his body. That's Namaan. He got in the pool 7 times and then he got better. Momma said that he was a leopard, but I told her he was a person, not an animal.

Also, Paul went on a boat ride. This is not my friend Paul Kim, this is Paul in my Bible who used to be Saul. Paul is nice and Saul is not nice. Paul chose to follow, but the boat crashed and they had to swim. I think that's it.


Also, Stryker said I am not Spider Man. That made me sad. He said two people could not be Spider Man, but my teacher said there could be two Spider Mans.

Today:

Today I went to Caitlyn's birthday party. She was 2 years old. I got to play in the water with her and Lukey.

Also, I built another tower. It was trying to fall down, but I kept it up.

Also, daddy gave me a Buzz Lightyear. Buzz talks when you push the buttons. When you push the big button the wings come out. He can fly, but not by himself. I hold him because he needs help flying.

Finny The Fish

Today Daddy and I went to the animal store. I showed my bunny to a real bunny.   I wanted to get a dog and a bunny and a fish, but I just got a fish because I got to be 5 years old to get a bunny and a dog. 



I picked Finny because his colors were pretty and I couldn't find Nemo. (There was a Nemo, but it was a pretend fish with a diver.) I named him Finny because fish have fins. We took Finny home in a plastic bag with water in it. I held him really tight. When we got home we put it in the tank. T, t, tank starts with the letter T.

Sometimes fish die. Mr. Red died at my school. He was a really good red fish. He won't come back. That makes me sad. Jesus died and went in the tomb, but he came back. Fish don't come back because they go live with Jesus. 

I am going to take care of Finny: feed him everyday and clean the tank. That's all about Finny. I made a potato head that looks like Daddy. 

Dali and Camp!

Yesterday I went to The Dali museum with Daddy. There were lots of pictures. I looked at them. They looked like monsters and bugs and butts and bees and one with a dinosaur egg with a man coming out. It was funny. 

Another painting had a clock in it that was falling down. I really liked the paintings. I want to be a painter like Dali.

Dali looks like a bad man. And he has a big mustache. Daddy and I took a picture with his big mustache that they keep outside.

Also outside there was a funny looking Christmas tree. We put our bracelets on and made a wish. I wished to see Momma. She was at work.

Then we went to camp! I went to the water and I saw an alligator, some ducks and some other funny birds with long necks. I went into a really big room and ran around until a lot of big kids came in. There was loud music that was fun, but I had to cover my ears sometime. I got a cookie.

After that I went home and gave Momma the gift I bought her at Dali. A beautiful butterfly! 

This is a picture daddy made on the iPhone. It looks like some of the Dali pictures or just a cartoon. Also, I got new shoes so I can jump higher. That's all I want to say.

Bowling!

Yesterday Daddy, Momma, Evan and I went bowling. Evan didn't bowl because he is just a baby. I had never gone bowling before. Before we went I watched a bowling movie on Momma's phone and played bowling on the iPad.

Daddy helped me pick out a ball. It was red and heavy, but I could still pick it up. Here is how you bowl... you pick up the ball, roll it and knock down the pins. You got to knock down all the pins, but if you don't its ok because there is a machine that knocks them all down for you and then puts them back up. I won at bowling. I made an 88. Daddy isn't very good at bowling. That's all about bowling.

My Haircut

Today Evan and I had a haircut. And momma got a haircut. I sat down and Hannah cut my hair. She used scissors. She spiked my hair up. I liked it this much [arms are stretched out]. I got a lollipop. 


I can't wait to show my friends the haircut. I think Daniel will like it the best. Momma said we will spike it up in the morning and at night we wash it to let it rest. When I am 16 I want a mohawk.

My Concert

Tonight I sang "If I were a Butterfly" with my class. Momma and Evan and daddy came to see me. I am in the front (on the left).


I like that song. My favorite part is when I get to say "fuzzy wuzzy hair"! And the billy goat part. I am really good at billy goat motions.


Claire was singing next to me. She is my favorite. Clayton and Chelsea Jo and Daniel were singing with me too.


The song is about God making the animals special. And God makes me special too, but "Liam" is not in the song. I can't think of anything else. 

I went to a water park today!

Today I went to a new water park. It was in Jacksonville. I went with Momma, Evan and Ashley (pronounced Assley) and Olivia. I went down the slides. One slide was scary and I did not go on it because I was scared of that slide. The slides were blue and wet and had water at the bottom of them. 




There was a lazy river that was fun. I got in the donut and I ride it in the water. There were splashers and waterfalls too. They got me wet and I think that is good. 

I ate a sandwich on the way and lunch break. I had dinosaur cereal and cheezits too. Then I went back in the pool. And I took a rest. And I went home in the car. I don't know anything else.

My Wonder Pet Garden

Tonight I made a garden for the Wonder Pets. My favorite Wonder Pet is Ming Ming. She is a duck and she flies. That's it.
